This is an excellent book to read EARLY in a troubled child’s life.

There were too many signs on this person not to have stepped in when he was underage to protect others. Maybe the mom was in poor health or something or just refused to believe her son could harm others.

I hate to blame the dead but parents need to really do something. We need all to keep a closer watch on any teen showing violent tendencies. Maybe to the point of against their will institutionalizing them, at least until there is complete compliance with calming medications (yes, to the point of drugging initiative out of them - NOT antidepressants which seem to increase the change of violence in underaged boys).

We must choose drastic prevention.

I’d also like to see ONLY CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS being able to use public schooling. Check IDs. Use the saved money to pay for top open and hidden armed security at every public school. Stealth teachers and admin armed. Uniformed guards.

“I’d also like to see ONLY CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS being able to use public schooling. ”

Californians voted for that overwhelmingly over a decade ago with prop 187. One liberal activist judge overturned the will of the people. If that had been allowed to stand, I believe entire face of the nation would be different today. We wouldn’t even have to be discussing illegal immigration.
