Seems to me this is still ongoing by members of the Congressional Black Caucus as the neighborhoods and areas they represent are the most degrading and “enslaving” ones in the country
They want to keep ghetto blacks right where they are. The ghetto blacks, if kept where and as they are, form as near a perfect guaranteed voting bloc for these race and poverty pimps as you’ll find anywhere. IMHO.
