Here’s why Niko was never busted at school:

Broward’s new NAACP collaborative discipline (lack thereof) policy:

http://www.ncjfcj.org/sites/default/files/Broward%20Co%20Collaborative%20Agreement%20on%20School%20Discipline%20-%20MOU.pdf

That’s a link to the Broward County’s School Discipline ‘Agreement” and it’s signed by the Sheriff, State Atty and local judges.

On page 29 it outlines how various behaviors will NOT result in suspension or expulsion. Instead they receive warnings, lectures and possible detentions.

These infractions include:
Student misbehavior and

these non-violent infractions: (and anything more?)

Disrupting or Interfering with class or school functions
Affray - fighting in a public place
Theft if less than $300
Vandalism if damages under $1,000
Disorderly conduct
Trespassing
Criminal Mischief
Gambling
Loitering
Prowling
Harrassment
Alcohol -all related offenses
Possession of Cannabis
Drug Paraphernalia
Threats
Obstructing Justice w/out Violence

It’s a miracle there hasn’t been a mass shooting in NYC schools yet. The filthy commie turd mayor wants to remove metal detectors, not put more in. He has tied the hands of teachers to discipline students. He has forbidden teachers to suspend students unless they practically DID conduct mass murder. Teachers cannot even uphold standard normal classroom discipline without risk of being brought up on charges and terminated! The kids are running the schools. Security is absolutely laughable, with the security “guards” laughing and fraternizing with students, with students propping open obscure doors to the outside that anyone could enter, letting anyone in through these doors who knocks, with everyone hesitating to challenge strangers or come down hard on anyone lest they be brought up on charges. Students are cutting classes and wandering halls in absolute herds, so it’s hard to tell who should be there and who should not. Teachers are also not allowed to know if a student has been in prison, lest their “rights” be violated, so you could easily have (and certainly do) have ex-cons sitting right there among someone’s sweet innocent daughters. You couldn’t find a riper situation for a tragedy like just happened in Florida. So glad I’m retired from this cesspool mess!
