I agree with you, any nut can get a gun. But that doesn’t mean that the FBI and others should just ignore what reporting and prevention tools they have to use to decrease these cases.
“But that doesnt mean that the FBI and others should just ignore what reporting”
Didn’t say that. I’m saying even if they do, what are they going to do? None of the kids would turn him in for the things he’s saying, therefore they protected him. The teachers and administrators took no action to stop him and they knew. And that’s where the buck stops.
According to the ACLU, if you are not under arrest, you have the right to calmly leave. Ask first. If they hold you, they have to place you under arrest and be told what for. You gonna arrest him for talking trash on the internet or to friends? And no judge is going to consent to an arrest warrant for trash talk. If you are asked to meet with FBI agents for an interview, you have the right to say you do not want to be interviewed. Now you’ve absolutely nothing but talk Without a crime.
Further more, getting permission to enter the school at that point becomes at the discretion of the school and system. No warrant, they won’t enter unless the school allows them. And you better not hold your breath on that one.
It all comes down to if you have no crime, you have no one to even question. I think you call that profiling. And we all know where that one went.
