Unfortunately, as it now stands we need RINOs and all in the Senate. If Chuckie Schumer becomes the new majority leads, not a single one of Trump's judicial nominees will ever even make it to the floor of the Senate for a vote again.
On the other hand, if the Republicans can increase their Senate majority in November, then the RINOs will have a lot less influence.
On the other hand, if the Democrats take the House Pelosi becomes Speaker, giving the green light to impeach, convict and remove DJT, and Pense, making Pelosi President.
