Thank you for your question. I just went back to Nolan Chart. It has been a while since I posted there. Evidently, I previously had preview my draft article with them and thought it was the official posting. I used the ULR assigned to the preview instead of the correct one evidently.
For your awareness, I just finished going back to them, found the correct location this time for submit review, and submitted.
I sincerely apologize for my hasty mistake and will provide the ULR as soon as I see it.
