Newly discovered nude cell phone photos may be evidence Nashville's mayor and her former security chief were having an affair while he was being paid to be her bodyguard, authorities say in court documents disclosed Thursday.

In filing affidavits for search warrants, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says Rob Forrest used a work phone to take two photos while on duty. Investigators say evidence points to the possibility that crimes -- official misconduct and theft of property -- occurred.

It's pretty much "okay" with me, since it completely destroys Mayor Pagan Berry's credibility a few weeks before her multi-billion dollar light rail transport proposal (a/k/a trains we don't need) goes to the voters.

If Pagan had any class or decency at all, she would resign. She doesn't. At least we won't have to deal with Pagan running for senator or governor.

These four words were taken from the articles first sentence, and is all the proof anyone needs to understand her party affiliation, just by the absence of the word Democrat or D, before or after the word mayor. The non-race of the bodyguard is not the first relevant clue, or even needed.
