And nobody appreciates the fog of lies surrounding their presence in the region. But the Kremlin has no interest in lifting it of course - particularly so soon before the March 18th “electoral” confirmation of Putin’s next term in office.
His perspective is on the money. The Saudis backed this whole revolt against the Assad regime to begin with using jihadists and the Russians and Iranians got in the way of the whole enterprise.
