I’m going by a) typical law and b) what I see so far. NOT what I think. I think one should be able to kill no matter which way they’re headed or if they only took your Pez dispenser. So much for your flippant “east coast” comment.
I looked at an entire video, although said video did NOT show what perp was doing. Maybe there is an outside video that shows that but I haven’t yet seen it. I can only go on what I see there and the article. The first person to fire that can be seen is Mom (not the daughter) when the perp is off camera, apparently out the door as the door dinger can be heard again and what looks like a door frame just to the right.
I’ll change my mind if more facts come to light. Frankly I don’t care personally if they shot him in the back. But often, the law does.
