Atlanta-based rapper T.I. believes that the gun debate following the recent school shooting is a tough one, but he still believes the Second Amendment needs to be protected to maintain American citizens way of life.
Its a tough one, the 37-year-old rapper told TMZ. I think you should probably make it more difficult for people who arent mentally stable to have guns, and maybe there should be some I just honestly feel like if you lose the right to bear arms as a citizen, then you know what Im saying, its easy to enslave. Its easy for the government to enslave people when they dont have the right to bear arms.
T.I. then noted that felons arent the ones carrying out these mass shootings, despite what everyone may think and suggested that the system for purchasing firearms needs to be changed.
I think mental stabilization needs to be a big part . . . Just not being a felon isnt enough. We see that, that isnt working. People think that the felons thats causing all the problems, but you know, it seems as though people who have been given a gun license, who bought guns legally Those are the ones causing all the mass hysteria, so I think that our systems broken.
The Dead And Gone rapper was arrested on gun charges himself back in 2007 for illegally purchasing firearms as a convicted felon.
His art form might be junk, but he is clearly able to see the truth at least partially.
Would love to see a rap artist go through the whole Constitution...maybe get some kids to read the actual text...learn some history.
Applause.
The ‘Rats would love to enslave Black Americans, along with the rest of the country..
Good for T.I. Glad someone with a mic is making sense.
Disarmed subjects
You see junk, I see capitalism.
Rap music has made millionaires out of blacks who previously were destined on a one-way trip to prison or the cemetery.
Nice looking Mr. T starter set bling going on around his neck!
The Original T.I. "rapper".
That’s very true. But we really should, as individuals, keep weapons out of the hands of incompetents (severely mentally impaired, addicts, people on benzodiazepines, etc.). We could try to do so for as long as they’re affected. When or if their condition changes for the better, their access to firearms should be restored. It’s common sense that goes way back. It should be dealt with locally—not federally.

See my post #10.
I just knew it. :(
HE’S BROUGHT UP A POINT THAT BEEN IGNORED - BACK GROUND CHECKS WOULDN’T BRING UP THESE MASS SHOOTERS - THEY’RE NOT DOCUMENTED FELONS -
So simple, even a Rapper understands.
Sounds like that old insurance commerical saying ‘even a Caveman’ can do it.

This rapper has a better understanding of the core meaning of the 2nd Amendment than most politicians who typically prattle on about hunting, as if the 2nd Amendment is about the right to hunt turkeys.
Aw crap, I should have known it was too good to be true. :(
There are more pro-freedom rappers than any other music genre.
Many of these people are quite aware of the true landscape of media companies, conspiracy and so on.
Of course, many of them think the earth is flat too. No seriously.
The number of anti-government, pro liberty and pro-gun rappers may be higher than in any other genre but the number of people who think David Eicke is the reborn Christ, the earth is flat and Madonna is actually lizard is also pretty large.
Statistics tells us to be very cautious when dealing with these people. They can usually tell us about marijuana in ways historical, biological, physical and transcendental but can’t tell us what, why or how chemtrails occur.
And I’m a chemtrail guy so that says something.
I know a few celebs. The ones I know no one cares to talk to about anything - real c listers.
But they all ask people to consider that if an “artist” is given all sorts of things, then told those things will disappear unless they say and do certain things - they will likely choose to do whatever is necessary to keep their things.
Riches only make one weaker.
I agree with everything you said. I personally can’t stand rap. Don’t understand the allure to it, but more power to them.
Gun control works. Ask any Indian.
We all know the Demoncrats have been racists since well before the Civil War and have merely refined and honed their tactics to keep minorities under the Demoncrat regime's heel. Demoncrats would get a two-fer if they could disarm Americans. They could finally put the Blacks back on the plantations and shunt White Conservatives in with them. It is in the best interests of minorities AND Conservatives to form an alliance to stop the Progs from their end goaal.
