The Supreme Court on Monday delivered a blow to the Trump administration by refusing to hear the government's challenge to a lower court ruling that has temporarily blocked the administration from winding down the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
The Department of Justice’s request was rare in that it asked the Supreme Court to jump ahead of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in reviewing the case.
The court typically will only bypass an appellate court when there’s an emergency involving foreign affairs, a serious separation of powers concerns or when it has already agreed to hear another case dealing with the same question.

1) Pres. don’t make law, hence the original EO is/was illegal. His extension gave it a sheen of ‘legality’.
2) Courts don’t make law, justice delayed in justice denied; we have another Court power-grab going on.
The facade of Equal/Rule of Law is finally falling for all to see; the Constitution long ago having died. Just look at the recent FL shooting, people are actually WAKING-UP to note the smoke-screen has CONSEQUENCES.

The important thing for the open borders oligarchs is to keep Obama's illegal Executive Order in force until they can somehow manage to remove President Trump from office.

I think it just means we’ll have to go through a goofy 9th Circuit ruling before getting to the Supreme Court, but it takes time.

Well legally a judge cannot force a President to continue an EO from a former President but they do it anyway. Trump should ignore this judge’s order.
The SCOTUS seldom agrees to take up a case that has not gone gone before the lower appellate court. So now the DOJ will have to slog it through the 9th and then back to the Supremes.

Only reason it’s ‘impossible’ is because of the house-of-cards built up around SCOTUS being the ‘final arbiter’ (when though/when they overstep their authority) [HINT: We the People are the arbiters. Govt is OUR creation. WE tell it, not the other way around].
How could it make it unnecessary? This decision is simply not to take the case from the 9th circuit before it's been heard. The Supreme Court is still going to hear it once it's appealed from the 9th. They just aren't going to short-circuit the process.
So could all the other unconstitutional orders, but they won't be. The President could instead just enforce any of the several hundred laws against illegal aliens that already exist.

That characteristic is not nunique to ‘our SCOTUS’. The Court seems to never wade into anything until it must, and then splits every baby possible.
Every minute that passes, more murderers and rapists enter our country. We don’t have the luxury of time to “wait for lower courts”. Our lives are at stake.
Blood is now on the hands of the Supreme Court. How many different ways have the globals made it clear they want us dead?
The system is BROKEN BEYOND REPAIR.

Oddly, the lower court said that Potus could end daca but that he can’t phase it out.
Makes no sense to me.
Trump needs to just not listen to them and fire those judges for exceeding their authority.
Just cite the fact that they want him to enforce an obama XO that was illegal to begin with.
This will rebound greatly to Trump’s political benefit.
The thought of the courts setting immigration policy is going to scare most Americans sh**less.
You guys are missing the point. If the executive order MUST be enforced - and it originated with the last president - just ISSUE ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER ENDING THE PROGRAM. The SCOTUS has essentially just said that EOs are law. Guess who is the president and can make any EO he wants? ESPECIALLY about DACA?
