Goodbye Trump and lost GOP majorities coming. Lame Donald Duck and one and done. Can you imagine overthrowing Ivana to get in bed with Feinstein? What if everything the dem rats said about him is true?

If the Dems had a brain, they’d run a guy like Manchin in 2020. They’d win. But they won’t, because they won’t run a white dude again, at least for awhile.

So then, let me sum up. DJT has decided to throw away the midterms and get impeached. 3-D chess or one dimensional one dimensional idiotic?

Mr. Trump, I don’t know who you have advising you that is of the Rove mentality. But I can tell you this, if you gave the democrats everything they wanted, they would still hate you and move to impeach you. But in the process you would have lost your own supporters. W found this out the hard way.

Don’t be a useful idiot, appeasement RINO. Be the guy we elected and downgrade Mr Kushner’s White House status.

Toomey is on Fox ‘n Friends this morning bragging about “standing up to the NRA.”

Background checks on private sales, by themselves, are unenforceable. You can't enforce background checks on private sales without knowing what guns are out there, and you can't do that without registration, and registration is just the opening act of confiscation.

Background checks on private sales are just the gateway drug to bigger and bigger infringements on our rights.

“listening to that little round table session concerned me greatly.”

You and millions of other Americans.

Sounds like the DACA meeting that got some people concerned. Trump is just positioning himself knowing the Dems and the MSM are trying to make this their big issue leading up to the midterms. The planned March 24th demonstration in DC will be massive with more than likely over a million people. Trump is trying to defuse and deflect some of the energy in the anti-gun movement now being led by the “children.”

Trump is not going to sell us out.

-- What are they asking for now? --

The criminalization of personal transfer of possession. No private sales, gifts without government approval.

No, thank you.

If for a moment any of this was real, do you really think the NRA would be as quiet as they have been?

So if he “attacked” the NRA, why crickets from them? Think.

Trump now has his nose under the Schumer tent. This could break out to be a DACA avalanche.

I am not worried about the Trump strategery.

Maybe he knows his proposal doesn't stand a chance of passing, so he takes the other side for optics. Same trick the GOP took on overturning Obamacare.

I'm not saying that's the case, just that it is a possibility. He's a NY City person.

Even Hillary said she was a defender of the 2nd amendment. Her version of that is "overturn Heller so the RKBA is limited to government-controlled groups."

Trump says he's strong on 2nd amendment, and for all we know it means the right to possess government approved weapons (I'm thinking caliber/etc. limits) in the home, and CCW in a restricted sense as it is in NY. Maybe, to Trump, that is "strong on the 2nd amendment." I think he'd sign an AWB in a heartbeat.

“His Presidency would be over. If he includes an assault weapons ban, he is done.”

That’s a fact.

Hell, he may be done, anyway: (1) If the Rats take the House in November he WILL be impeached; (2) If the Rats also take the Senate in November he will be convicted, because there are enough GOP senators to go along with it; (3) He’s going to get a primary challenge from a real conservative (Trump is not a conservative, and never has been), and he could very well lose the nomination; (4) He won’t win in 2020 even if he is the candidate, because someone will be running third-party who will siphon off enough votes to throw the election to the Rat. I think Trump is a one-termer.

3-D chess? I hope...

I’m with you on the 3-D chess thing. That is, I hope. But, I’m not liking what I’m hearing and seeing.

“I thought we already did a background check? What are they asking for now?”

“Universal” background check, which includes mandatory registration.

He bragged he could shoot someone on 5th Ave. in broad daylight and people would still vote for him. We’ll see if he was right in November.

Trump cannot afford to alienate ANY part of his base.
The impeachment gremlins are just waiting to pounce.
