I have actually seen LA sheriff deputies dropping homeless men off on Fullerton Road in Fullerton, Ca. Law inforcement in LA appears to be relocating homeless from high density homeless areas such as downtown LA to quiet suburban areas.
I’ve never in my life seen hobo jungles like in the warehouse flats east of downtown LA
