The Feds can get your firearms in ways other than outright confiscation. Denying Government benefits, licenses, permits, etc., and using the IRS’ unconstitutional confiscatory powers are just some of the ways a tyrannical Deep State can get lawful gun owners to surrender their firearms.

Based upon what? Real question. BATFE Form 4473? You can sell any gun listed on it and not have to notify a soul.
