As a Native Floridian(82yo), is it Florida or the Liberals from Blue States metastasising in? I say the latter!
Sadly this is happening everywhere. The brain-washed masses from blue states migrate when they retire and they retire early because they can sell their $200k house for $800k in MA, CA, IL, CT, etc. then move to Florida, AZ, or TX changing the ideology make up of the state. It drives me crazy.
