Until the Industrial boom after WWII most Americans lived in poverty
Now the factorys are gone and the brain drain is in full swing.
My Mother grew up in a shack with no running water, My Father went to work at 12 to help meet the family bills, he thought ham and lima bean C rats was delightful.
