Anyone less than 21 cannot purchase any firearm under this law from a licensed dealer with the exception of CCW holder, Military, Law Enforcement, and Corrections. Nothing I’m aware of prevents purchase by private sale less than 21, nor gifting from someone else.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were not written for just Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections but for all citizens.

Yes, and did you see where I said IMO it infringes on the 2A? I agree wholeheartedly. However, my point in writing about the exemptions is that people need to understand what the new law provides/prohibits before we contact elected officials and/or speak to others...it is always better to have the facts, first.
