To: Jed Eckert

IIRC, the law requires 132 hours of training for staff carry on campus. Why is 20 hours of that training required to be “diversity training?” Does that increase firearms proficiency and safety knowledge?

Maybe they mean “diversity” of ammunition? Like rimmed vs rimless cases, shotgun shells, or FMJ, hollow point, or what is “ball”. What do you think?

No, it was an amendment allowed to address the concern of black legislators that black students would be targeted. A.....total.....sham.....

apparently you have to shoot a diversity of victims, so many from each race proportionate to that race’s percentage in the population
