As a private business the school has every right to tell another private business that they cannot use the school’s property to advance an agenda the school doesn’t agree with or simply doesn’t want promoted on their property. By the same token, the book store has every right to decline to use the school’s property if they were barred from advancing their agenda.

This is indeed a private school in predominately red county, not sure why they brought in a book store from downtown Athens, which is predominately blue. If you need a good laugh look at Oconee County Sheriff’s Department on FB they are hilarious. This school also cost more to attend than UGA.

Exactly. You are 100% correct. And it appears that is exactly what happened. I wonder why there is any controversy over it.
