As a private business the school has every right to tell another private business that they cannot use the schools property to advance an agenda the school doesnt agree with or simply doesnt want promoted on their property. By the same token, the book store has every right to decline to use the schools property if they were barred from advancing their agenda.
This is indeed a private school in predominately red county, not sure why they brought in a book store from downtown Athens, which is predominately blue. If you need a good laugh look at Oconee County Sheriffs Department on FB they are hilarious. This school also cost more to attend than UGA.
