For sure. I am wondering if the Fisa judges will keep issuing with a 99% surety fisa warrants as they have in the past after all the disclosure of what the dems were doing?
Will it ever change?

Why not? It's all secret. The only thing they disclose to the public is material that makes them look good and lulls the public into believing the government practices restraint with its snooping tools.

Personally, I think the entire charade is a big fat waste of money. The governmet will snoop to the extent that technology admits, with the only time a court being involved is when the government intends to prosecute a criminal case. Black letter law says no warrant required UNLESS the snooping is for criminal prosecution. If you don't know they are snooping, is it a violation?

FISC (FISA) needs to be shut down, if the Deep State has proven beyond a doubt they will NOT live by the rules of it's creation. Americans are not to be unmasked. What in God's name does a UN diplomat have reason to be unmasking hundreds of American citizens? We all know the reason without any special investigation or prosecutor - so her boss the bumbler-in-chief extraordinaire can spy on the opposition party?
