An illegal immigrant charged with vehicular homicide in a fiery crash on a Colorado interstate bonded out of jail Saturday, a week after the deadly hit-and-run incident, despite being wanted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Ivan Zamarripa-Castaneda, 26, allegedly fled the scene of the accident on Interstate 70 involving a tractor-trailer that caught on fire last week, leaving the driver to die, according to the Denver Police Department.
Zamarripa-Castaneda bonded out on Saturday, according to jail records, but it's not clear if he has been taken into custody, FOX 31 reported.
Officials from ICE did not return a request for comment by Fox News on the whereabouts of Zamarripa-Castaneda.

The DOK should put a full court press on and go through every federal law and come up with something to charge the sheriff with. A truck driver burned up and this POS sheriff could care less. Real justice would be for a illegal to kill part of are all of his family. I would be one of the fist to sign a petition to let the guy go free with no chatges

Exactly right. The Dems want the hispanic votes and the Pubs protect the businesses who want cheap labor or more customers. Both parties want illegal immigration. They only differ on the reasons why.
I think the real question on this is who paid the 10% fee to release the criminal on bond? Guaranteed the criminal didn’t have that cash handy. Were they legal, or illegal, or was it some leftist, or leftist lawyer of the sanctuary State ilk.
That presumes a bondsman who would take on an obvious flight risk.
Which lib judge granted him bail? Why wasn’t ICE there to take custody of the murderer? The sheriff needs to be thrown in prison and let the other inmates know he’s a sheriff.

I imagine that amount isn’t a big sum to a lot of these illegal alien activist groups and know it isn’t to the criminal cartels.
