First, we need to reopen more facilities that are suitable for long term mental health care. Some people with these issues are afflicted chronically, and will always require supervison and treatment. Certainly not all, but a large number. Let’s get that in order first.

There are tons of people with some sort of problem and they function just fine, but because they get some sort of professional help, will that Doctor or Professional be mandated to report that and then you get put on a list??????
