Yes, I almost had PTSD when I saw the NYT meter because I immediately remembered the November 8 NYT FLORIDA meter and about lost it. Actually teared up for a moment. Man, that was a long night.
Hope Saccone pulls this out. The meme of 'acting like a conservative' and then voting with Pelosi is going to be the trick for the dems this fall. But, they have to verbally state where they are on the biggies: 2nd amendment, pro-life, immigration, The Wall, law and order, low taxes, decreased regulations and other conservative ideas. If they say that, they will lose their dem base. The key is for Republicans not to be snookered by the lies. You just know this Lamb guy will vote the way Pelosi and Schumer tell him.

What I think is you are naive and ignorant about elections and what motivates voters, and people in general.
Humans are a reasoning, not a reasonable creature. If you live your life expecting humans to do what you believe is rational just because you see it as rational you will live your life angry and disappointed.
Simple reality is most people are not avid followers of, or consumers of politics.
If you expect people to do what you want just because you think they should, even if you believe it is in their own best interest, then you really do need to relax, sit back and actually go read and study what motivates people, because like it or not that doesn’t and never has not in the entire history of mankind.
