Short of an admission DD really was Donald Trump from the man himself, the lawsuit has no value.
And the Trump Organization’s lawyer being involved is purely circumstantial.
CNN does not have any real proof Trump was up to something hooky.

Why doesn’t she just talk? She says she doesn’t want the money and nobody’s legal name is on the NDA anyway.

That makes me think this is one of Trump’s long cons like the time Rachel Maddow somehow came up with one page of his tax return that showed he paid 25%. Can you imagine if the real Dennison comes forward?
