We could solve California’s “rebellion” problem quickly if we just made certain that only legal American citizens could vote there, a.k.a. enforcing the law.
As it stands American citizens in California are being disenfranchised by having their votes outweighed by the illegal aliens who have been brought in just for that purpose.
Can't even do that in SE Pennsylvania as I see.

Trump could use this as his, ahem, trump. Disenfranchise the entire state on the Federal basis that citizenship requirements are not enforced. Don’t allow CA residents to vote in national elections because the state has proven repeatedly that they do not respect national law. It can’t be trusted that voters in CA are legit.
I am a CA citizen, born here, and I say do this. Just like if I had been imprisoned in auschwitz I would have begged that the place be bombed.
