More critical at this point is getting Trump’s FTC commissioners confirmed—since that’s what he really needs to stop the Internet censorship. Somehow supposedly the WH didn’t nominate them correctly originally—which sounds like sabotage to me—and so he just did some renominations in January.
I don’t put it past Mitch to try to bog them down as long as possible.
