You are 100% wrong on many levels!! First, the CIA is not allowed to move against domestic enemies. It is not supposed to have domestic operations.
More importantly, to Brennan, WE are the domestic enemies! Would you have wanted the CIA to be coming after US with nerve agents? That is not how U.S. government agencies are supposed to be operating.
