LOL, I don’t know. It sounded like it and then half of FR says he can’t do it, the other half says he can.
I personally think he won’t do anything that is contrary to the law. However, congress may have left him loopholes unintentionally.
He’s always said he is great at reading contracts and they all have some kind of loophole.
I am reminded what The Donald did years ago when they wouldn’t let him put a flagpole any taller than 10 feet up at MaraLaGo. I laughed. He wanted a 20 foot flagpole, but when they restricted that, he excavated a 10 foot hill into place and put up the 10 foot pole. Funny.
I’d like to think its legal and its a big reason why he has upped his lawyer count. An hour after the bill passes his lawyers react. Don’t believe in coincidences.
