Afrikaners are usually quite CONSERVATIVE and have a rather similar "culture" as Americans used to have.

That nation never went through the crappy "HIPPY PERIOD" that affected this nation, T.V. was/is state run, so they didn't get much in the way of crappy stuff, from here and the UK.

I’ve met a few Afrikaners. Shame that our gov refused so many of them and relegated them all to Australia. They were some of the most ingenuous, hard working and properly sociable people I’ve ever met.
