Thank you. I’m very proud of him. He secured his classroom and then tried to reason with the boy, along with the vice principal, but he was intent on taking himself out and would not drop his weapon when the security officer ordered him to do so.
The other wounded boy, a football player my son coached, caught a random bullet in the leg and was not targeted. The girl is in critical condition and I fear might be in trouble.
