The judge rejected the idea that his video of a dog raising its paw when it heard "Heil Hitler" was simply a joke to annoy his girlfriend and found that he purposely intended to cause mass offence.
His joke was “Grossly Offensive” and now in the UK that's enough to get you time in the slammer.
