I read where in the USA, 15 pedestrians are killed every day in encounters with vehicles. I doubt auto-driving software will ever be programed to avoid running into some idiot who does something totally irrational, illegal and just plain stupid.

Will you please present your evidence that the people killed in encounters with vehicles are at fault?
