My point being that cops get charged extremely rarely and actually get convicted almost never. Case in point here in GA couple of years ago some dickless tracy went to the wrong house. Swat team Threw a flash grenade into a kids playpen severely injuring a toddler. No charges. No liability $125,000 plus in medical bills for the kid and the county and the cops didn’t pay a cent let alone have any criminal charges. “We burned off half your kids face, but none of us were hurt. So it’s all good” (for the cops) Oh and BTW the guy they were after - a small time drug dealer - wasn’t anywhere near.
Also instructor in police academy here negligently shot and killed a woman in a firearms class. Again no charges. He quit but was rehired as a cop in another county.
As long as THEY go home to their families at night it doesn’t matter who they kill.
He’ll be a hero to the rest of his muzzie friends...and they’ll protect him.
And since virtue signaling is a major pastime in Minnecraponus, white SJW’s will hold him up as a hero.
Which will be bargained down to reckless discharge of a weapon and he will be let go with $100 fine.
I remember that story. Sad and tragic.
Ms. Denise the GF recorded Philando grabbing for his gun. Have you seen the video?
I agree, officer Yanez panicked, when he saw the known pot dealer reach for his gun.
Yes. She claims he was going for his ID. The police officer claims he was going for his gun, which he had told the officer he had.

The one thing we agree on is panicked. As in opening fire without any clear evidence of any danger to him or any bystanders. Exactly what the cop in the Diamond shooting did. If the officer's judgment is enough to get Yanez off then I don't see why Noor won't get of using the same claim.
