Yes, and we are still in it.
The seditionists and traitors (and treason is applicable here because foreign governments and foreign enemies are involved with this attempted coup) need to be arrested, tried, convicted, incarerated, and some need to be executed.
The Law and the Constitution is very clear on this. Article III, section 3 of the Constitution, and 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
The Deep State and our domestic enemies have collaborated with foreign enemies in their quest to usurp our duly elected President.
And yes, that is Treason.
Treason is the only crime defined in the US Constitution, becaues treason endangers the entire nation and affects every citizen.
