Are people thinking what could go wrong? Insurance coverage, mortgages, liability with neighbors, who pays for the police when a party gets out of hand? Is it fair to neighbors to have strangers in the neighborhood throwing trash on their yards and destroying property? Are the homeowners zoned for short term or overnight rentals? Can use for anything but as a personal residence affect property tax? It's a commercial venture in residential neighborhoods in some cases.
