Giddy Up – DOJ Admits They Have a Grand Jury Empaneled in FBI and DOJ Investigation…
Conservative Treehouse ^

Posted on 03/22/2018 7:43:47 PM PDT by Bigtigermike

Today chairman Bob Goodlatte sends a formal subpoena to the DOJ (Inspector General Michael Horowitz) for documents regarding the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server, potential abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, and the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility recommendation to fire former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

However, it’s not the subpoena that should make the news. Pay close attention to the DOJ response:

Chad Pergram @ChadPergram

DoJ on Hse Judiciary Cmte's subpoenas: We are individually reviewing the remaining documents to ensure that they do not include grand jury information, information about ongoing law enforcement actions involving American citizens, or privileged attorney-client communications.

Oh, what’s that? Yes, the DOJ has to review the demand for evidence because release of those documents might conflict with ongoing Grand Jury information (evidence). Yes, that means a Grand Jury is impaneled, exactly as we expected.

Yes, that also means there are “law enforcement actions” currently ongoing as a result of the prosecutor assigned to reviewing the evidence discovered by Inspector General Horowitz.

Are there still those who doubt?

Moral of the story: take everything you read from Conservative Treehouse with a pound of salt. Very little he predicts come to pass. It would be great if he were right but regrettably he tends to be wishful thinking.

Conservative Treehouse has been doing a superb job at analyzing and disseminating this voluminous information, and outlining the byzantine structure of this massive Establishment criminal conspiracy.

It's truly disheartening to see how few Democrats are willing to be honest about what has happened here. Criminality of this magnitude simply cannot be ignored. Members of the Democrat party with any shred of integrity at all should be responding similarly to the way the Republican Party did once President Nixon's complicity in Watergate became obvious. The Watergate Scandal pales into insignificance when contrasted with this attempted coup.

Additionally, most Establishment Republicans are similarly ignoring the obvious and breathtakingly pervasive criminality which has taken place—if not actively participating in it themselves. In aggregate, these events represent a profound betrayal of our entire Constitutional system, with its various checks and balances. The situation literally screams for the need to fully drain the Uniparty Swamp—if not formal revolution as delineated in the Declaration of Independence.

It remains extremely frustrating to note that—thus far—virtually nobody has been held responsible, either professionally or criminally. There's simply no denying that dozens of people should go to jail for these crimes—including specifically people such as Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, James Comey, and quite probably former President Obama (to name only a few).

For the time being, we must all have faith that all those involved in these criminal acts will ultimately be held responsible. For starters, these crooks have egregiously violated their respective oaths of office, and have engaged in what is essentially a coup attempt—which basically amounts to treason—among numerous other crimes—. Indeed, if these people aren't brought to Justice, then there is no Justice—and that abject failure will either result in civil war, or else the formal dissolution of the Republic, with all of its Tyrannical consequences.

America has finally arrived at a crossroads whereby the People are faced with two worldviews which are fundamentally incompatible and mutually exclusive—a state of affairs which cannot remain stable for any length of time. Anyone who doesn't understand this fact is either not paying attention, or in a profound state of denial.

My own gauge of what will happen is based on two considerations: 1) whether the GOP—which is both cowardly and almost as corrupt as the Democrats—keeps the People's House in the 2018 midterms, and 2) whether any formal indictments and prosecutions related to the coup are initiated before those elections. The outcome of those two events will go a very long way towards determining what the ultimate fate of the Trump administration—and the Republic in general—will be for at least the next few generations.

As my tagline says—and I believe it becomes more true every day:

"If the President doesn't drain the Swamp, the Swamp will drain the President."
And as goes the Trump administration, so too will likely go the fate of the tens of millions of Deplorables who have placed their hopes and faith in it.

Donald J. Trump is far from a perfect vessel, but he has—in my opinion—been chosen by God for this purpose. And at this moment in time, I can't conceive of any other American who could have a better chance of 1) Draining the Uniparty Swamp, and 2) Making America Great Again. At this point, it seems very clear that the latter will never happen until the former is first accomplished.

But I digress. Anyway, kudos to the Conservative Treehouse on the critical service they are providing...

Not sure what it means. But very interesting! Will Julian disclose who murdered Seth Rich, he knows?

And will they publicly release it when they finish it?

For example, I heard today that the review on McCabe was completed, but so far, they aren’t releasing it.

You bring up a great point. I imagine we will be battling AG Rosenstein tooth and nail to get the full report released publicly. What a disgrace.

What is the likelihood that some arkansas us atty has the resources, political will and courage to take on the Clinton syndicate? If sessions were serious about the clinton scandals and the clinton crime foundation he would have assigned a task force, not some local yokel who knows and has to deal with the clintons and all their associates. This assignment sounds like cya nonsense to me, not a serious attempt to investigate.

So, if anything good happens, the “Q” believers are going to take credit by saying it was a “Q” idea first? Sheesh.

Just when I thought “Q” couldn’t get any more annoying.

Q has the crystal ball and he tells Conservative Treehouse so it can be written down. When Q has to give the laptop back to mama he plays video games and reads CTH to see the reaction to all of his chaos.

How does Sessions keep it from Rosenstein, who is a Black Hat? Rosenstein is tied to the hip with Hillary and Mueller. I call BS for this reason...

Having a Republican majority only exposes them as frauds. I expect the GOP to throw as many elections as possible.

I don’t consider the Clintons to be as big or as bad as they seem.

interesting...I’ve seen others on this post write the opposite and that he’s not a prosecutor and has to answer to Rosentein

This outside prosecutor answers to no one; not Sessions, nor Rosenstein.

Notice if sessions didn't recuse himself when McCabe had an investigation against him this whole thing could've blown up in their faces.

Meaning if Sessions was being investigated by the FBI over these issues he couldn't have fired McCabe. It was like they knew McCabe would investigate Sessions. 4D Chess.

Yep, Yep. McCabe got outplayed. And all that drama over his frickin retirement. As if a multi millionaire cares about that chump change.

The MEDIA is the DEEP STATE.

They can make a liar and a thief into President, and they could bring down Hillary in an instant, if they wanted.
