I read somewhere that the legislators had 1,000 minutes to read 2,200 pages.

How can it be legal to vote under those circumstances? It should be grounds for the equivalent of what would be a mis-trial in a courtroom. Turn it back. Give a week for reading the doc, and then vote.

It’s legal because we haven’t outlawed Congressional stupidity.

But they really do need a way of tracking changes so that they can’t slip stupid stuff into one of these bills.

And Ryan and McConnell need to be booted.
