I think he is very concerned about our military preparedness, that is exactly why he signed that stinking bill.
He didn’t do this because he wanted to....he was effed by Ryan and McConnell etc. That’s who we ought to be mad at...those no good bastards who have gotten stinking rich by selling out our country and screwing anyone who tries to stop them.
