You wouldn’t believe how that concept escapes a number of our designers. Or perhaps you do...
I’m bucking an engineer right now who has submitted a sample for the third time because it will not pass. For some reason he refuses to incorporate my suggestions on the grounding. Just yesterday I failed him again.
What wads me up is I get paid X, and he probably gets X times 1.5 salary.

Grounding is our friend.
I had engineers and QC types prescribe conductive Epoxy as the remedy for something that had withstand =55C to -26C and extreme altitudes along with vibration.
I’d bond the **** out of it with copper and solder and cover that in the conductive Epoxy LOL
It works, the epoxy fails.
EMI Gaskets, properly torqued are our friend.
