Rosenstein testified to the Senate that he worked on Starr’s team beginning in 1995 and ending in 1997. Rosenstein said that he began working at the U.S. Attorney’s office in Maryland for the Clinton administration in the year 1997. However, records show that Rosenstein interviewed Hillary Clinton for Ken Starr in the Whitewater case on January 14, 1998.
Rosenstein’s official interview with Hillary Clinton lasted fifteen minutes and cleared her of charges stemming from the seizing of FBI documents on the former Clinton White House travel director.’

2.) Add resources to current investigations
3.) Refer any matters to a Special Counsel.

Trump makes himself the target, thereby allowing justice to do their job with low profile. After all, Trump is wreckless, unstable, stupid, unpresidential etc. to the left. Trump is using their misconception of him to his advantage. IMO, it's brilliant but only with time will we know for sure.
Like so many others, it appears this author fails to understand Trump's tweet strategy. Trump and Sessions are working in tandem. I suppose it helps that these people don't understand that fact.

Though we now know of one indictment that will never happen. Clapper’s indictment for brazen, in-your-face perjury. His name isn’t Michael Flynn and his lies were fundamentally worse than the stupid process issues that caused Flynn to lose his house...so Clapper got a pass.

My guess is that if the WH was involved, that Obama wouldn't have signed any of these applications himself, of course. But Susan Rice and Samatha Power do come to mind They were unmasking people to get the names, which means they were in on the plan to destroy Trump. But I don't think they had the authority to sign applications to the FISA court.

So what is this alluding to? Sealed indictments from the OIG investigation (that seems way too many to be reasonable)?

If they are "up to 24,544", is this a lot? What is the average or normal volume?
