A kid from a Florida high school is angry that California universities with limited out-of-state slots declined him?

He should have tried for U of F or Florida State, but I guess he wanted to major in Radical.

He would struggle to get into my alma mater, UF. I suggest ucf or usf or one of the other directional schools in Florida. They’re not nearly as demanding.
