Does a wall of military count as fulfilling the campaign promise?

I think it does.

A stroke of the pen can remove the military just the same. The day the Democrats regain power, they will destroy and dismantle everything President Trump does. So using the military is a necessary act but building a magnificent wall that even the Democrats and some Republicans can't destroy is the campaign promise in my estimation.

Not even close. What kind of business leader thinks American blood is cheaper and more expendible than just manning up and building a wall.
A,temporary solution to a serious long term problem. Drug cartels and sex traffickers on both sides will happily slaughter Americans.

A Wall is a Wall is a Wall... We’ve got seven years to figure out ways to make Mexico pay for it.
