I’ve heard that she was a Bahai, which is considered by Muslims to be a heretical sect. They are kind of universalist, almost New Age in their beliefs. They are generally not considered to be fanatics.

She allegedly “identified” as Bahai. Better evidence probably is her attire in her workout videos and photos. Although modest by western standards she doesn’t comport with the radical muslim standards of attire or behavior. In this case both the scarf and the persian background may be red herrings. The crazy lefty vegan stuff may be relevant although more info on the intended victim and thus her motive is needed to be certain. Big nuts aren’t immune to little nut issues.
