The cops on our side will be home protecting their families if the day comes.
And I wouldn’t expect most cops in red states to rush into combat on behalf of a fedgov created problem. More likely they’ll stand aside and protect their families.
I wouldn’t even be surprised to see a few police chiefs clarifying in public that they want to be seen as locals and will protect their cities from unjust federal actions.
