Yep, the US has been in Mexico City before

George S Patton was in the invading US army.

“...put a stop to all money transfers to Mexico...”

I read something a few months ago that said since the drop in oil prices, Mexico’s supply of foreign money comes from 1) Remittances, 2) Drugs, 3) Re-export of assembled goods, 4) Tourism.

I never looked up the real numbers, but that sounds about right.

What help? Mexico has provided more help to the cartels than ever provided to America...The cartels pay them too big a percentage of the drug profits to expect them to do anything that would turn off that spigot...

The time (for President Trump) is long past to shut down the 45-50 billion dollars a year that escape U.S. taxes and are funneled back to Mexico by the migrant invaders...Shutting that down would be a fantastic kick in the Mexican scrotum and just might get their attention...

I suspect that Mexico needs our help with the cartels far more than we need theirs.

After we close the border we can stop all of our help and
change the name of Mexico to Thunder Dome!

"the Mexican government is behind the cartels and the violent criminal invasion

Far worse than that. The reach of Iran / Hezbollah is orgination in my opinion and the abundance of evidence.

Following video explains the history. 55 minutes long, dry, but informative. Around the 30 minute mark, moves to present forward.

Yeah, I had no idea they were even “helping the US”. I thought they were to busy trying to not get chopped up into pieces by the cartels.

After we close the border we can stop all of our help and change the name of Mexico to Thunder Dome!

100 percent go in ... 50 percent come out.

The 50 percent who come out, then become the 100 percent remaining ... the cycle is self-sustaining.

He can also raise the current tax of 5% on all remittances sent south of the border to a much higher rate. STROKE OF THE PEN...Maybe 50%.

When the wall is stuffed up tight, the cartels cannot get their product into the USA to their customers. Then all Hell will break loose & Mexico will have to deal with it.

When did they start helping? "Arce had known ties to corrupt Mexican officials,[9] and Mexican officials were implicated in covering up the murder.[10] Mexican police had destroyed evidence on Camarena's body.[11]": Kiki Camarena

tbh I’ve always assumed so. The cartels wouldn’t run such large operations without the government being complicit. I can’t imagine how much drug money comes into the country from us. I think more and more has not been through official entry zones, why would you?

In theory they should have *zero* problems with our military covering this border. That they’re having a fit over it tells us all we need to know.

It is really interesting how desperate Mexico is to keep the border open.

I figure after about 10 years of going it alone either the good guys win and we can resume some kind of relations with them or the bad guys win and we can mop them up with some A-10s and Apache Blackhawks. With no one left to claim it we take it!

As far as I’m concerned, there are now Mexican Nationals as they were permitted across the southern Mexican border. There are no longer non-mexicans trying to enter the US. They are Mexicans.
