So, if the 4th amendment is not enough, what makes anyone think that the other 9 are sufficient to protect anything?

Just a general heads up. If anyone of you ever pay bail for someone, even knowing they are innocent, they will see that the bail money is available for their greedy hands and get it. They will trump up huge crimes for the person and then talk them into a plea bargain. Who wouldn’t take the plea bargain rather then the threat of going to prison with a trumped up prosecution, as well as the cost of going to court? The next step is the confiscation of all the bail money you put up for the person to pay their large trumped up fine.
This happened to me because I thought people get their bail money posted back when the person shows up for court. I had no idea that it automatically went to pay their trumped up fine. The person I had helped didn’t have the money to pay me back. It’s all rigged to get that bail money. If it’s 2:00am, everyone is in a hurry to deal with the situation and get out of there, and they hand you many pages to read, beware, you are signing your bail money away to them.

There is no law possible, that will not be abused by the elected criminals who passed it, or by the bureaucrats who administer it.
