Rudy could be good. But, I’m thinking a recess appointment of John Gotti’s old lawyer, Bruce Cutler, would be a much better choice. Sound insane, ridiculous and completely out of left field, you think?

Think about this:

A mob lawyer don’t give a f**k about anything, other than protecting his client. One good, mob lawyer, like Cutler, makes a football stadium full on honey badgers look like a litter of kittens. Those guys are all about destroying their opponents. If I’m not mistaken, a federal judge disqualified Cutler from representing Gotti and that’s where trouble began for Gotti. If there’s one lawyer, that would go into the DOJ and start throat-punching all those Deep State c*cksuckers, it would be Cutler. Sh*t would get straight within a year. And, he could send, Moose and Rocco, to toss Mueller and his Ivy league lawyers to the curb.

You make great points. As have so many others made. Take it a step further.

How did our government, elected leaders and those under government employ become so corrupt and criminal, in the actions.

And why did we allow it and continue to allow it.

We have a CEO that want’s to get rid of us all and/or force us to live under his rules. And, we do nothing.

This did happen and continues to happen, right in front of our faces. And what do we do? Comment on FR and other sites, about the coming civil war, etc. I’m in that group, as well. Hell, most of us on this site have probably said typed something, at some point, that could warrant a visit from someone. We’ve all, damn sure thought of and talked around the campfire about it.

Why aren’t we marching on DC, like those little shits wanting to take our rights away? Why aren’t their nationwide marches wanting more from out elected representatives?

Hell, why aren’t a Million or more, ARMED CITIZENS on their way to DC, right now demanding that this insanity end?

McTurtle will make sure they are never in recess.

In that cases, might as well leave the A.G. slot vacant, it wouldn’t be much different from what it currently is and would cost less money.

“I wish it were so, but from what I’ve observed, he comes across as a stubborn to the finish bastard who will stay until fired. “

You have it right. Sessions is in it until the end. This coup was orchestrated from the get-go and that southern-fried backstabbing d!ckless leprechaun was instrumental in pulling it off.

Great post...I would go with Digenova, even though he is reluctant to criticize his good buddy Jeff Magoo.

Mueller’s jack-boots raid the President’s lawyer’s office and void attorney client privilege, and Sessions has nothing to say. Mueller is burning down the rule of law, an Sessions has nothing to say.

This is going to end poorly for the county and it is Sessions fault for letting this fire burn out of control. Rule of law? You’ve helped to kill it Jeff. You’re a murderer of the Repubic.

Here’s a clip from the Sessions recusal speech. He doesn’t appear to me to be shaking or nearly in tears. I think he seems rather pleased with himself.

Do NOT fire Mueller. Arrest him, for crimes involving Uranium One...This is an open and shut case, that a first year law student could handle...

While I certainly agree with the sentiment expressed in your post, I think this issue is much more complicated than we imagine.

Trump could have taken strong action at many points in the recent past but must have thought there was good reason not to do so. That might include the fact he has been advised that for certain actions he may take that would ordinarily be available to him, there are enough RINO's to ensure impeachment and conviction. Hat tip to Desert Rhino upthread.

Based on the Nazi SS behavior we witnessed yesterday, the "swamp/establishment" has no fear and little regard for the principles of justice our nation has honored in its past. Your first-year law student might not make it up the stairs at the entrance to the courthouse.

So, tell us all while leaving out the hyperventilating from all corners of the media ‘reports’, how do you KNOW it is one side or the other?

Consider this, the raid was orchestrated by the SDNY office and only ‘reported’ to have come from a referral, reported. Who had so totally screwed up the NY office than none other than Hillary’s buddy Preet B?

Could this grand overreach have been cooked up by an out of control SDNY rouge players that we know exist? Could it have been simply given a nano inch and taken a light year? Nah, never could have happened in NY!

Could this being that all of the three new top players are all rump appointees? Could this be that the rogue players took the bait and now the prosecutor is now wondering what to do with that pile of shit the SDNY office laid in his hands?

Sessions can fire the AAG and Mueller then quit. problem solved.

Yes, of course. That is what any honorable patriot would do in this situation, but Sessions isn't honorable, and he's certainly no patriot.

The despicable worm is going to force the President to do the dirty work and risk impeachment.

I do think he has implemented many good new policies on immigration enforcement.

Which ones? Nothing has changed as far as I can tell. The President did say no more catch and release but gave nearly 6 months to comply. Sort of like no more trannies but gave Twinkle Toes Mattis 6 months to study it. Trannies are now reenlisting and receiving sex reassignment.

Was he a poor choice made by Trump or was he a swamp creature from the deepest depths?

Trump values loyalty, and Sessions was on the campaign trail with him - one of the few Senators to actually support him.

Now, it’s possible that Sessions did they ENTIRELY so that Trump would be grateful and appoint him to the AG position - but how was he to know the AG position would be vacant and that Rudy would turn it down? Nevertheless, he could well be a deep state plant.

My guess, however, is that he simply doesn’t have the courage to do his job. He has spent his entire tenure there hiding behind excuses for doing NOTHING.

On the other hand, obviously, anyone with even a LICK of integrity would have resigned in the face of Trump’s very obvious public complaints about his performance. The fact that he hasn’t done so suggests that Sessions and Trump are actually working together under the cover of night to bring down the bad guys (a theory I don’t believe for a second) or that Sessions is, indeed, simply a puppet of the deep state and what Trump thinks of him means absolutely nothing.

One thing is clear - things don’t add up. It’s long past time the President stopped complaining about these people in tweets and started firing them.

Levin has not been “never-Trump” for quite a long time. He is a total convert.

I’m glad to hear that, because he was hard cover “never-Trump.” Rush was anti-Trump as well and still, to this day, hasn’t come out and admitted he was wrong. Instead, he throws out crap like “no one knows Donald Trump as well as I do!” and “I’m one of the few people who thought he could win!” - yeah, sure. I remember when Rush was reading EVERY anti-Donald Trump article he could get his hands on over the air (and there was no lack of them to choose from) and cutting off any pro-Trump callers to “go to a commercial.”

Sorry for rambling...
