Digging The Details – IG Horowitz Report on Andrew McCabe…
CONSERVATIVE TREEHOUSE ^ | 4/13/2018 | SUNDANCE

The OIG report on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is devastating to the “small group” and not just for what it outlines, but also for what it doesn’t provide.

There are bound to be multiple reports and discussions which will flow from an outcome of the content therein. However, here’s some of the ‘big picture’ takeaways for those who have followed the very granular details.

Dead wrong. That’s why he re-iterated ‘LIED LIED LIED’ because the report used the term lack of candor throughout.

“It won’t be the DOJ with Sessions/Rosenschmeckel at the helm.”

You can say that again. The DOJ needs to be gutted top to bottom. Starting with that backstabbing POS Jeff Sessions.

Uh, Sundance is about 500 miles ahead of everyone else on this issue.

Sundance was calling Rosenstein a white hat. I can add to that...

The same “Jeff Magoo” who appointed a US Attorney to prosecute Senior DOJ people over 7 months ago?

Did you read the Sessions letter? I don't think it means what you think it means.

The IG does not recommend charges.

The IG report is reviewed by the Office of Professional Responsibility for disciplinary action and by a US Attorney’s office for criminal prosecution.

The report just released is dated February. The OPR has already acted and McCabe was fired. After two months, it is unlikely criminal charges will follow.

Even if McCabe were to face other charges, there is no logical reason lying charges wouldn’t have already been presented if they were going to be at all.

Remember, we know specifically from congressional evidence, provided by the FBI investigative unit, the FBI took custody of the initial batch of text message between DOJ-FBI Special Counsel Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on July 22nd, 2017. It is clear those text messages were provided by Lisa Page to clear up the contradiction between her truthful statements and the lies told earlier by Andrew McCabe.

So we can now confirm that Lisa Page buckled immediately and is cooperating, along with lover-boy, and they are signing like birds about their bosses – already snaring McCabe – and probably others (Comey) we will hear about in later reports.

Her and Strzok are going to have a lovely life together in the witness protection program until their car explodes one day.

I love stories with happy endings.

“Lying isnt nice, but its not a crime unless its done under oath,”

I’ve heard that, while that’s the case generally, lying to the FBI at any time for any reason, under oath or not, is a crime. (I may be wrong. Just what I’ve heard.)

He changed his mind a few months ago. Is that not allowed? Or is perfect prognostication a prerequisite for perusal?

The Sessions letter is dated March 29th. The letter simply reaffirms the Nov. 13 Boyd letter.

Huber is overseeing the Deep State investigations and allocating resources. He hasn't been tasked to prosecute.

Also notice that he still answers to Rod Rosenstein.

Oh, the US Attorney leads a task force level investigation, and just lets it go. Sessions asks him “Why aren’t you prosecuting these cases?”

Huber looks at him in surprise, “Prosecute? I’m a United States Attorney with about 50 Assistant US Attorneys on my investigative staff. I had no idea you wanted me to prosecute them.”

"McCabe strikes me as a smarmy little b!tch who would not fare well in prison. He may want to reconsider his position."

I understand that McCabe had previously disciplined two agents for leaking info to the press. It appears that McCabe held everyone else to a higher standard than himself. I worked with people like McCabe, who thought it was all fun and games, and broke the rules when they were subordinates, but then expected everybody to tow the line once they got into a supervisory position and threw their weight around. Don't do as I do...do as I say. The joke was on them though, because everybody hated them, and sniggered behind their back. You can't possibly have any respect for someone like that. I'd bet that there's a whole bunch of people at the FBI who are very happy that this a-hole is gone...and hopefully getting what he's due.

Read the actual wording. You're setting up a straw man fallacy about Huber "just letting it go". And then you put words in Sessions mouth.

Huber is supposed to make recommendations about DOJ and FBI resources on the various matters. That's what it says in plain English.

The only known GJ is the Rod Rosenstein U1 special in Maryland.

The only other known investigation is the Cody Hiland, Clinton Foundation investigation which has started back up after a hiatus in 2016.

Huber evaluates these investigations and any possible new investigations.

“We don’t go to the un-conservative nut house.”

Really? I find the overall analysis and commentary there there to be among the best.

Seems a bit trollish to be so dismissive.

“Uh, Sundunce has lost any credibility he had by backing Jeff Magoo for the past year.”

So either he will be proven to be woefully ignorant, or diabolically informed.

Point being, we still don’t know which.

[.... there is no logical reason lying charges wouldn’t have already been presented if they were going to be at all.”

I beg to differ. If McCabe is but one card in your legal hand-of-cards, you may not present your intent with that card until the most beneficial time.

I can think of many reasons for waiting to charge, especially when the overall investigations is active.

It’s already proven. Past tense. Anyone with 3 brain cells to rub together KNEW SESSIONS WAS A COMPROMISED RAT BASTARD WHEN HE FIRST RECUSED HIMSELF A YEAR AGO. His actions after his recusal just reinforced that fact.

It’s not that hard...Sundunce as well as QUEER ANON are FULL OF SH!T.

Strozk and Page are rolling over on the others. Although crooked, they have flipped to save their own skins.

I hope that’s true, but I’ve not seen any reports that indicate this is happening. Do you have some info to share?
