I have a couple of comments:
* I’m pleased that he has succeeded in exposing how corrupt he is, and that some in both swamp parties have come to despise and distrust him. He deserves it.
* F*** the polls! They should have absolutely no bearing on law enforcement issues. Comey has disgraced himself and the FBI.

The email investigation was never a serious investigation. The result always was a foregone conclusion as shown by Comey’s exoneration speech written months before Clinton was interviewed; by allowing Clinton to be interviewed without putting her under oath; by allowing Cheryl Mills, who had been given immunity, to sit in on Clinton's interview; and by not seizing the DNC computer for forensic analysis instead of accepting the conclusions of a company hired by the DNC. Comey may have believed that by “re-opening” the investigation after emails were found on Anthony Weiner’s computer, and then concluding this did not change his decision, he was doing Clinton a favor by removing the last question about her failure to protect classified information. Maybe he saw this as his barganing chip to keep his job in a Clinton Administration.
