If I were a kid filing a lawsuit, it’d be to lower the drinking age.
So activists are using their new favorite propaganda tool: making children their spokespeople so that you white suburban women swoon and demand action. I hope when these kids are old enough to realize they were used as props by others that they remember where to put the blame.

I suspect Chinese CO2 is pushing air that is normally over the North Pole towards the eastern US and Europe.
This will actually reduce the greatest possible danger, the melting of the ice of Greenland.
The only thing that humans might want to do is to reduce air traffic between the US and Europe, which emits CO2 into the higher latitude air. They might try using butane [liquid without compression, high H/C ratio] as an airplane fuel for such service.
